- Bottle designs, label artwork and packaging

- Marketing materials, graphics and website content
- Technical documentation, product descriptions and written content
- Formulations, designs and other proprietary materials
No part of our intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, stored, displayed, or used in any form without the prior written permission of Alien Magic Limited.
This prohibition includes the use of our logos, branding, product images, labels, website content, social media content, promotional materials, and any other assets for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Resellers & Trade Partners
Authorised trade customers and distributors may only use Alien Magic branding, logos and marketing materials where explicit written permission has been granted and strictly in accordance with our brand guidelines. Permission may be withdrawn at any time.
The creation of modified versions of our logos, labels, packaging, artwork or other brand assets is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorised Use
Unauthorised use of any Alien Magic intellectual property may constitute copyright infringement, trademark infringement and/or passing off under applicable UK and international laws.
Alien Magic Limited actively monitors the use of its intellectual property and reserves the right to take legal action where necessary, including seeking injunctions, damages and recovery of legal costs.
