Retail Customers:
If an item becomes faulty you should make us aware of the problem as soon as possible. Items that are deemed a consumable are as follows – towels, cloths, polishing pads, wash mitts, applicators, brushes, snow foam lance ( including attachments ) and come with a 3-month warranty from the purchase date as they will be subject to wear and tear from usage or misuse.
Trade Customers:
No warranty or implied on all accessories due to the following:
Order Cancellations:
Once you have received your parcel you have 14 days to return any unwanted and unused item to us for a full refund. Any delivery or return postage paid is non-refundable.
Damaged or unwanted items:
If you receive a damaged item in your parcel please contact us as soon as possible. If there are obvious signs of damage to the outer container on the delivery day then simply refuse the delivery and contact us.
Once we have received your returned item we will inspect it and if the item has been returned in an unused condition we will then process your refund.
Discount Codes:
Discount Codes won’t work during ANY offer or sessional sale. They are also only for Retail Orders.
Alien Magic reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee should a parcel be returned as a result of failed delivery.
( Free Shipping £5.95 / Economy Shipping £5.95 / £8.95 Next Day ) is applied by the courier and will be passed to the customer.
In case of delivery in a Safe Place, the Delivery Scan Record shall be evidence of delivery of the Parcel, whether to the requested safe place or an alternative decided by the courier. Any request to use this option is at your own risk.

Shelf Life
Chemical shelf life is between 12-24 months from purchase date depending on formulation. Sealants and Coatings 12 Months, Cleaning and Maintenance products 24 months.
Please note all chemicals need to be stored in dry, dark and cool place avoiding exposure to extreme heat in the summer and extreme cold over the winter to avoid damage.
Our aim is to ship your orders as quickly as possible with current dispatch times between 3 to 5 days.
Important Notice – Wholesale Customers
All wholesale orders are custom-made to order and are therefore final.
Alien Magic reserves the right to refuse any order cancellation after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
As all products are manufactured specifically for each order, refunds are not accepted. Once an order is placed, ownership of the goods transfers to the customer.
In the event of refusal to pay any applicable customs duties or charges, the goods will be disposed of. No refund will be issued, any associated local authority fees, charges or penalties will remain the full responsibility of the customer.
