Returns & Warranty
We understand that sometimes you need to send things back to us, either you have ordered them by mistake or you have received a damaged item.
Once you have received your parcel you have 14 days to return any unwanted and unused item to us for a full refund. Any delivery or return postage paid is non-refundable.
Once the items have been shipped we are unable to cancel any orders and the goods will have to be returned to us before any refund is issued. Orders placed but not shipped as yet qualify for a full refund just email us or call before we ship it.
If you receive a damaged item in your parcel please contact us as soon as possible. If there are obvious signs of damage to the outer container on the delivery day then simply refuse the delivery and contact us.
Once we have received your returned item we will inspect it and if the item has been returned in an unused condition we will then process your refund.
If an item becomes faulty you should make us aware of the problem as soon as possible. Items that are deemed a consumable are as follows – towels, cloths, polishing pads, wash mitts, applicators, brushes, snow foam lance ( including attachments ) and come with a 3-month warranty from the purchase date as they will be subject to wear and tear from usage or misuse.
No warranty or implied on all accessories due to the following:
- Wear and Tear
- Incorrect Storage
- Accidental Damage
- Careless Handling
- Frost or Heat Damage
- Unsuitable Chemicals
All accessories for domestic use only and shall not apply to any products used for commercial purposes.
Undelivered ( returned packages ) will carry an admin charge of £10 which will be deducted from your original payment if you choose a refund instead of re-shipping ( charged at cost ).

No returns, No warranty given or implied ( this includes Discontinued and Perfectly imperfect products ).
Gifts and Offers
Any free gifts or gifts issued with flash offers are to be returned with the item purchased to qualify for a refund.
