UK Shipping
Our aim is to ship and deliver all items as quickly as possible. All items ordered will be shipped within 24 hours ( Economy and Express Shipping ).
Next day delivery only available for orders made from Mon-Thu cut off time 12pm, excluding Saturday and Bank Holiday’s.
£60 Minimum Spend
Our FREE Delivery service means if you are based in the UK, enjoy your products within 4-5 working days of placing your order (Monday-Friday).
Please note that couriers do not deliver on bank holidays.
£5.95 for website orders under £60. ( 2-3 Working Days )
Our Economy Delivery service means if you are based in the UK, enjoy your products within 3-5 working days of placing your order (Monday-Friday)

£8.95 For next day delivery cut-off time is 12PM. Next day delivery only available for orders made from Mon-Thu, excludes delivery on Saturday and Bank Holidays. Next working day service can be effected by courier companies due to staff sickness or weather disruption – this is not a guaranteed service.
Express Exclusions (Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands)

( Free Shipping £5.95 / Economy Shipping £5.95 / £8.95 Next Day ) is applied by the courier and will be passed to the customer.
In case of delivery in a Safe Place, the Delivery Scan Record shall be evidence of delivery of the Parcel, whether to the requested safe place or an alternative decided by the courier. Any request to use this option is at your own risk.
During sale times for example BLACK FRIDAY it gets extremely busy, all orders are subject to 2-3 days dispatch time. We endeavour to ship all orders as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Our EU shipping cost is based on fixed cost per order. All parcels are fully insured and traceable from our warehouse to your delivery address.

For delivery outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer of Alien Magic Limited.

EU & International Returns
Refusal to pay any customs charges or refusal of a delivery will result in the package being shipped back to Alien Magic at an additional charge of the same value as the original shipping cost which will be charged to the customer. In case of free shipping due spent over specific value please refer to our website shipping cost chart as per Country.
All goods will be checked for damage on return, following which a refund will be issued for the goods, minus any shipping charges and penalties incurred.
Some countries will not export rejected packages back to Alien Magic UK HQ in that case, the package will be destroyed and no refund will be issued to the customer.
